These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Smart Retail, a SaaS-based retail management platform operated by SkillGrad EdTech and Technology Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Billing and financial transactions are processed through ResearchPro Data Analytics LLP. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Smart Retail provides software solutions for retail management including billing, inventory, analytics, and integrations. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities under their account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

Access to Smart Retail services may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through ResearchPro Data Analytics LLP. Pricing, billing cycles, and subscription terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. All payments made for Smart Retail software and services are non-refundable. Users are encouraged to review features and request a demo before subscribing.

Any hardware purchased or used with Smart Retail is subject to the warranty and guarantee terms of the respective manufacturer. Smart Retail is not responsible for hardware defects, damages, or service claims.

Your use of Smart Retail is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

All content, software, and materials associated with Smart Retail are the intellectual property of the Company. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without prior written permission.

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from errors. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary disruptions.

Smart Retail shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data or business interruption.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if users violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in unauthorized or unlawful activities.

We may update or modify our services and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
