Cancellation Protocols

This Cancellation Policy applies to Smart Retail, a SaaS-based retail management platform operated by SkillGrad EdTech and Technology Private Limited. Billing and financial transactions are processed through ResearchPro Data Analytics LLP.

Smart Retail offers subscription-based services, and users may choose to cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels such as registered email or authorized support platforms.

Once a cancellation request is received, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after the billing period ends. Access to the platform and its services will continue until the subscription expires.

Smart Retail follows a strict no refund policy. Cancellation of services does not entitle the user to any refund for the remaining subscription period, whether partially used or unused.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all required data is backed up or exported before the end of the subscription period. After termination, access to the account and associated data may be restricted or permanently deleted as per system policies.

In case of any pending dues or outstanding payments, cancellation requests may be processed only after clearing all outstanding amounts.

Smart Retail reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice in cases of violation of terms, misuse of the platform, or unlawful activities.

This Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time, and any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date.
