Smart Retail is a SaaS-based software platform operated by SkillGrad EdTech and Technology Private Limited. All billing and financial transactions are processed through ResearchPro Data Analytics LLP.

All purchases related to Smart Retail software subscriptions, licenses, and services are final. We maintain a strict no refund policy. Once a payment is successfully processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including partial usage, non-usage, or early termination of services.

Customers are advised to carefully review product features, service details, and pricing before making any purchase. For better understanding, users are encouraged to request a demo prior to subscribing to our services.

In case of any technical issues or service-related concerns, our support team will provide assistance to resolve the problem in a timely manner. However, such issues do not qualify for refunds.

Hardware products, if purchased along with Smart Retail, are subject to warranty and guarantee terms as provided by the respective manufacturer or vendor. The duration and coverage of warranty will depend on the selected hardware product.

Smart Retail does not provide any independent warranty or guarantee on third-party hardware devices. Any claims related to hardware defects, repairs, or replacements must be handled directly with the respective manufacturer or authorized service provider.

We are not responsible for physical damages, misuse, or unauthorized modifications of hardware products. Warranty claims may be rejected in such cases as per manufacturer policies.
